Project Team Manager LifeScience Segment , Digital Energy
Due to continued expansion, we have a great opportunity for the right person to join our organization in Ballerup as Project Team Manager LifeScience Segment . You will lead an experienced team of Project Managers and Engineers in the successful execution of systems projects within our Digital Buildings Systems Denmark portfolio and primarily for customers within LifeScience segment.
As Project Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring business performance and customer satisfaction while also ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, and tools. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing business risks and opportunities at the portfolio level.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a Project Management and Engineering team, assigning PMs and Engineers to projects based on their expertise and experience, and managing workload versus business requirements.
- Ensuring that projects are properly managed in terms of time, cost, and scope, and steering the portfolio to address risks and opportunities.
- Coaching Project Managers and Engineers to increase their functional and leadership competencies.
- Providing operational support to the PM team in terms of methods, mindsets, communication, and stakeholder management, and taking over temporary PM roles on critical projects.
- Ensuring business performance and profitability of the project portfolio, including timely revenue recognition, budget forecasting, cash flow and working capital forecasting, and milestone tracking.
- Ensuring compliance with company processes, safety, quality instructions, and governance principles.
- Providing support to the Tendering team in the selling phase and ensuring a smooth project transfer to the Execution team.
- Identifying and developing additional Service opportunities out of the project portfolio and supporting the development of Service business.
- Acting as a change agent in the deployment of processes, tools, and/or organizational transformations within the Application Center organization.
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and leading teams, as well as a strong customer focus.
- Relevant degree, with qualifications in both technical & commercial areas
- Teamworking, coaching abilities, leadership attitude & determination will be strong assets
- Ideally min. 5 years of experience in a similar function
- Excellent verbal and written Danish and English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
