Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking for a dynamic individual to take on the responsibility as Project Team Manager Cloud and Service Providers. You will lead an experienced team of Project Managers and Engineers in the successful execution of systems projects within our Digital Buildings Systems Denmark portfolio and primarily for customers within Cloud & Service Provider segment.
As Project Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring business performance and customer satisfaction, identifying and addressing business risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, and tools.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Project Management and Engineering team - assigning PMs and Engineers to projects based on their expertise and experience, and meeting business requirements with necessary staffing levels and competencies.
- Ensuring that projects are properly managed in terms of time, cost, and scope, and managing the portfolio by addressing risks and opportunities.
- Developing and Coaching Project Managers and Engineers to increase their functional and leadership competencies.
- Providing operational support to the PM team regarding PM methods, mindset, communication, and stakeholder management, augmenting PM roles on critical projects.
- Ensuring business performance and profitability of the project portfolio, including timely revenue recognition; forecasting budget, cash flow and working capital; milestone tracking.
- Ensuring compliance with company processes, safety, quality, and governance principles.
- Providing support to the Tendering team in the selling phase and ensuring a smooth project transfer to the Execution team.
- Supporting the development of Service business by identifying and developing additional Service opportunities out of the project portfolio.
- Acting as a change agent of processes, tools, and/or organizational transformations within the Application Center organization.
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and leading teams, as well as a strong customer focus.
- Ideally min. 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge and experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), construction environment, and ideally, experience in the Cloud and Service Provider industry
- Ability to lead diverse teams and ensure excellent communication and coordination.
- Teamworking, coaching abilities, strong leadership skills & determination will be strong assets.
- Relevant degree, with qualifications in both technical & commercial areas.
- Project management certifications are advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, Danish skills are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and geographically disbursed environment.
