Summary of Job:
The Projects Sales Director's role is to meet Orders, Sales, and Profitability targets set by the company for the Projects business in Ireland. This role will function across all lines of business to provide consistency and a single point of contact for our customers, representing all business units and solutions. Role will be responsible for strategy and deployment for large greenfield project sales, and management of key data centre, life science, infrastructure and strategic growth accounts in Ireland. Role reports to the Country President and will be a key member of the Country Senior Leadership Team.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve exponential growth of the Projects Business in Ireland.
- Build strong sales funnel of opportunities to meet country growth ambitions in the Projects space.
- Manage project sales personnel in Ireland including setting account targets, monitoring performance metrics, ensure BFO activity in accordance with all zone KPIs, and performing performance reviews.
- Mentor and develop sales talent in Ireland Projects business.
- Support implementation and local application of Customer Project global governance (CPP, DOA, REL, SOCs, Project category, Global KPIs, ...). Take active part of Customer Project's gates and decision-making reviews.
- Complete monthly & quarterly reports including orders forecasting.
- Manage good relationship between Projects Sales, Tendering, & Operations teams.
- Manage and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Insure strong collaboration between local Country business unit leaders and key stakeholders from Zone, Region, Segments, Businesses and Global Customer Project Teams.
- Deliver highest level of customer satisfaction for the systems projects business.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education:
- A level or above academic education
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of key account management sales experience
- People management experience preferred but not necessary
Knowledge & Skills - Required:
- Strong understanding of project sales cycle including scope, cost, schedule, budget, etc.
- Understanding of Irish market conditions, key customers, and contractors.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage resource procurement and utilization.
- Strong business acumen in consultative selling and coaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to influence and persuade internal and external customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
- Excellent organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage resource procurement and utilization.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and MS Teams.
- Ability to interface with various business units and coordinate feedback.
- Bridge Front-Office (Salesforce.com)
Travel:
- Attend customer and service partner meetings when required.
- Attend other office locations for meetings or training including zone meetings in UK.

- Observe all Health and Safety directives.
- Adhering to all company's operating and Quality procedures.
- Maintain a professional and flexible attitude towards the company and its customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are continua lly improved.
- Engagement with Irish Industry Associations or Business Organizations
