For our location in Angoulême, we are looking for a Project Procurement leader within Industrial Automation Business Unit, who is dedicated for the Control & Drives and Sensors lines of business. The procurement team is close to R&D center and located in France and Japan.
The Project Procurement Leader is part of a product development project team and works closely with the different members within the Offer Creation Process (OCP) and the Brand Labeling Management Process (BLMP). This role is key to the coordination of procurement activities between Global Supply Chain and the business units with a focus on growth and meeting technical challenges through innovation / partnership with suppliers.

- Achieve purchasing targets for the projects :
- Deploy the supplier strategy defined by the Global category manager
- Manage Supplier performance inside the project : delivering on target & quality, ability to support technical discussions and evaluate supplier expertise
- Manager Supplier service level, ontime productivity
- Cost negociation, Contract building, Time to Market, etc.)
- Contribute to the make or buy decision : propose internal/external cost comparison to the team, ability for a quick launch process, to facilitate better decision compliant with the project budget and deadlines
- Lead price negotiations for products and be responsible for the final resolution of all contractual agreements
- Leverage innovation coming from suppliers (Design or buy, Co-development)
- Monitor project and provide support to solve issues and ensure process compliance: is accountable of end to end feasibility on the project
- ontribute proactively to align supplier selection with categories strategies (FC/RM, Electronics)
Qualifications
Technical engineer (electronics, electromechanical), ideally completed by a Master degree in Procurement/purchasing, you have gained 5 years of experience as Procurement engineer within an industrial company (automotive, energy, OEM...).
This experience has allowed you to develop strong asset in should cost calculation, supplier negociation, contract management. You have a digital mindset, enjoy learning and show strong curiosity.
You value team work and your leadership skills allow you to influence your interlocutors internally and externally. Cooperative and open, you are able to understand other functions point of view and bring value to decisions within an agile and fast paced environment.
English and French fluent are mandatory for this role.
