Your Role:

Reporting to the Offer Creation Process & Brand Labeling Procurement Director at the Carros site (France), the Project Procurement Leader is part of a product development project team and works closely with the different members within the Offer Creation Process (OCP) and the Brand Labeling Management Process (BLMP) for Industrial BU.

Your Missions:

  • Responsible for procurement support in complex OCP projects (multi-sites, multi-country, and critical technologies)
  • Functional lead Project Category Leader to coordinate procurement activities related to project
  • Achieve purchasing targets for the project (Supplier Sourcing, Cost, Contracts Time to Market, etc.)
  • Participate to Make or Buy decision
  • Lead project purchasing activities in collaboration with project team members including new supplier qualification process
  • Lead price negotiations for products, responsible for final resolution of all contractual agreements
  • Monitor project and provide support to solve issues and ensure process compliance
  • Manage the implement of contracts during the Project
  • Manage critical brand labeling supplier (spending, business/end user impact), performance as supplier leader to reach yearly productivity target, for supplier quality and supply chain improvement to reach SE needs

Your Profile:
  • Education: Engineering master's degree, or business master's degree,
  • Job Related Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Purchasing/Sourcing team of a Multinational corporation - Experience in project purchasing would be a plus


Your Skills:
  • Business Understanding: Comprehensive Mechanical(Plastic, Stamping, printing) & Electricity(Winding, PCBA) Components supply chain experience and understanding, with Industrial product application experience will be a plus.
  • Ability to influence and convince
  • Functional leadership and international projects culture
  • English Mandatory (Fluent communication in spoken and written English)
