Overview: US Services is poised for significant growth and transformation, increasing Services Orders to $2.6B and Sales to $2B within the next three years. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing complex transformation projects that allow us to achieve these targets.

Mission of the Role: Reporting to the Business Operations & Transformation Director, the Project Manager will focus on project and change management of critical Digital & Process transformations.
What will you do? :
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage operations transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Assists management with evaluation and development of a project plan and participates in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with business subject matter experts to provide full support to the US Services Execution & Excellence teams.
- Roadmap Management: Maintain and update the project roadmap, ensuring all milestones and delivery dates are clearly defined and met.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the rollout of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members and key stakeholders
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the scope of operations transformation projects. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders, and customers in overseeing and coordinating project priorities, scope, resource requirements, and timing of deliverables
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of operations and process transformations. Including creation of change plan and coordination with training teams.
Expectations:
- Defining project governance, structure, documentation, tools, communication channels, and monitoring mechanisms
- Coordinating the project team and overseeing the planning and execution of the projects
- Providing necessary reporting and identifying and managing risks
- Quickly integrate into the organization and assess issues that hinder team effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with the Leadership Team direct reports and stakeholders across the organization to influence positive outcomes.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or related field, combined with 5+ years of relevant project management work experience
- Location Preferred: Nashville, TN
- Proficiency in MS Project, Office and Visio
- Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers of various technical abilities, including experience working with contractors, consultants, and sales staff as required.
- Extensive experience in project and program management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Comfortable holding colleagues accountable for their commitments.
- Ability to self-manage, multi-task and learn new skills quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
- PMP Certification
- Change Management Experience/ Certification
- Knowledge and experience in Services Operations or Services Technology & Process (Tableau, BFS, BFO)
- Experience working in a matrix managed environment.
