Project Manager should be able to lead Sustenance & Board of Change activities
• Should be able to work with Sustenance team and deliver projects on time with Quality
• Should be able to drive Kanban practices.
• Coordinate various stakeholders and manage interdependencies, and remove impediments • Should be able to anticipate risks, Drive Risk management sessions with squad and work on mitigation actions to ensure risks will be timely addressed.
• Prepare and manage project budget (Opex & Capex) and align with LOB FC
• Escalate risks in timely manner to management and seek support
• Interface with other teams like Industrialization /CTO /CoE to manage dependencies • Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences for smooth execution

• Work closely with Supply-Chain / Industrialization teams to ensure timely delivery of the product • Provide leadership and direction to the team members in a complex decision making situation
• Should have strong working knowledge of tools like- Jira, Confluence
• Should have Ability to influence, convince, take decisions,
Other Skills:
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Good understanding on BOC / Sustenance process. Prior experience in Hardware product development (Eelectrical / Power electronics or Mechanical)is added advantage.
Qualifications
Qualifications - External
BE - Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
PMP / Agile certifications
Min 3-5 years of Experience in driving sustenance / BOC projects.
