Mission

We have a job opportunity for a Project Manager role in our team. In this role, you will

responsable for managing small/medium scale Customer project orders, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing of customer projects.

What will you do:

  • Accountable for project execution according to contract & specifications
  • Read and understand available project documentation in project preparedness phase
  • Confirm customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site requirements, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions
  • Validate a project schedule and communicates with the customer to ensure expectations are being met. Direct engagement with the internal manufacturing facilities and third party vendors
  • Manage complete job process order preparation through financial close-out
  • Actively participates in preparation and execution of Monthly project review meeting
  • Run risk management and develop mitigation plans
  • Insure effective communication within the team for best team coordination and motivation
  • Escalate project issues (internal and external) when needed
  • Run change order process, after scope modification is agreed and approved
  • Insure highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the project to prepare ground for future business.

Experience and skills we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing small to medium scale projects, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with project documentation, specifications, and bill of materials
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in risk management and developing mitigation plans
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Adaptability and attention to detail.
