Are you ready to take your project management skills to the next level? Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Secure Power Application Centre (SPAC). This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects that protect and enhance our customers' operations throughout Australia.
Why This Role Exists: The Project Manager will oversee projects according to the Schneider Electric Customer Project Process. Your mission will be to ensure profitability, manage risks, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction on projects across various sites, primarily in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small project teams, utilising both internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of projects ranging from small technical services to large-scale system integrations, often on construction sites or within operating Data Centres.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with the Customer Project Process and manage risk effectively.
- Produce regular project reports and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts within the Schneider PMO.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record of delivering high-profile projects successfully.
- Excellent financial acumen and strong reporting and forecasting skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with senior management and subcontractors.
- Strong team-building skills and the capability to drive projects to completion.
- Experience in delivering technical services packages in a construction environment.
Qualifications:
- Trade/Engineering/Technical qualification in electrical or refrigeration, or a relevant University degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or the ability to achieve this within 12 months).
- Minimum of 5 years' project management experience, preferably in the Data Centre or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and facilitating meetings, workshops, training, and problem resolution activities
- Demonstrated experience in successfully driving and delivering (safely, on time, on budget, with high stakeholder satisfaction) a simultaneous portfolio of up to 10 projects with some projects displaying the following characteristics throughout their total project lifecycle
