Responsibilities

• Own, manage and be accountable for the projects allocated in terms of scope delivery, time/schedule, cash out, quality.
• Orchestrate, facilitate, and optimize the flow of value and activities with all the different stakeholders involved in projects.
• Manage all the Phases of Project starting from Initiation to Closing including site co-ordination
• Focus on managing critical path and risks, not solely on tasks tracking.
• Motivate and challenge teams to deliver according to plan.
• Ensure business decision-making throughout the team & process.
• Facilitating planning, aggregate objectives, ensure proper vision, and execution.
• Regularly publishing information to ensure visibility, transparency, and escalation.
• Put customer and quality at the center of the project.

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in project management.
• Experience in managing projects in Utility, BMS, Oil & Gas, Data Center, MMM Segments.
• Experience in managing Projects related to CRP/SAS, RTU,ATS system, Recloser.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with strong customer service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project., ERP
• Strong time management skills and flexibility necessary to handle periodic bursts of increased workload.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a multi-cultural global environment.
• Sense of ownership for the assigned project.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, data analysis for requirements of the project work & deliverables.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
