Key Responsibilities: You will work as part of a team delivering exciting BMS projects to national and multi-national clients.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale projects on-site, overseeing design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and client validation.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholders on-site, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Technical Oversight: Utilize your technical background to oversee project deliveries, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Planning & Execution: Develop and follow up on project plans, remove roadblocks, and participate in planning meetings with clients.
- Financial Management: Take full ownership of project economics, including budgeting, invoicing, claims, and variation orders.
- Procurement & Subcontracting: Negotiate and set up subcontracts, manage procurement processes, and ensure timely delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Reporting: Provide detailed internal and external reports on project progress, financials, and other key metrics.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Proven experience in managing large projects in a site environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Background: BMS knowledge, and technical knowledge, particularly in electrical installations and panels.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Danish and English at a negotiation level, both verbal and written.
- Site Experience: Extensive experience working on-site, leading teams, and managing complex projects.
- Contractor Side Experience: Significant experience working on the contractor side, with a deep understanding of interfaces with other contractors (mechanical and electrical).
- Procurement & QS Knowledge: Strong knowledge of procurement, subcontracting, invoicing, claims, and variation orders.
- Planning Skills: Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and experienced in managing project dependencies and predecessors.
- H&S Certification: Health and Safety certification is a plus.
