Mission
- Manage a defined scope for the Industrial Function covering an entity, geography, product, function or project (including multiples of). Accountable to executive management for results, decision making and performance visibility.
- Responsible for the management of industrial / supply chain projects.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Lead industrial transfer or transformation projects in the plant for a limited period
- Develops and manages new and existing programs by recommending, monitoring or adjusting appropriate plant operating procedures to meet program requirements within the manufacturing facility.
- Manage the Projects in order to:
- Design Supply chain solution (industrial solutions, lay out, logistics flows...)
- Organize and achieve industrial transfers
- Drive IT transformation, which could include IT migration and Master Data update
- Coordinate social transformation (organization, competencies management...)
- Ensure project is following process : ensure stage gate deliverables are fulfilled
- Set up local project animation mode (Build and coordinate schedules, Realize SIM with key contributors)
- Manage risks (identify risks, make priorities, anticipate B plan...)
- Anticipate and escalate in case of deviation; propose alternative solution to be set up (after steerco validation)
- Manage the safety risks in order to have no injury and to fulfill local regulation
- Achieve projects with budget and saving on target
- Ensure that audits are driven, and products and processes qualification made, as well as new certification if needed
- Define actions (anticipation stock, transfer strategy, ...) to sustain service level during the project
