What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or significant experience in electrical engineering.
- Certification: Project Management certificate/degree.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and bFO skills are a plus.
- Language: Fluency in Dutch is preferrable.
- Versatility: Cross-functional and cross-border experience.

Your Role:
- Project Coordination: Manage tasks, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Contract Oversight: Ensure all contractual obligations are met and leverage contractual rights. Work with experts to ensure timely recovery of customer receivables.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and control project progress against budget spending. Provide detailed and insightful reporting to management.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and opportunities. Handle claims and variation orders with expertise.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring all project interactions are smooth and satisfactory.
- Financial Management: Take responsibility for project profitability, including cost, cash flow, and margin. Ensure timely revenue recognition.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure project execution adheres to company processes, quality instructions, and governance principles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Tendering team for seamless project handover.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct lessons learned sessions and provide valuable feedback for process enhancement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop innovative strategies to achieve project goals and implement corrective actions.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about the strategy, strengths, and weaknesses of key competitors.
