The Role:
What will you do?
- Work with GSC leaders to drive greater quality in project execution by developing clear visualization of key project data & assisting with insightful analysis on trends.
- Implementation and management of learning reporting platform (Extract, Storage, Business Rules, Visualization)
- Work with Project / Change management experts in the ongoing development and deployment of GSC Project Management & Agile Standard Practices and tools. Support creation of guides, training. videos and supporting materials.
- Support adoption / change management activities of GSC PMO by: a) Developing and organizing learning, live and digital events. b) Manage content and scheduling for Intranet and Learning Content Portals c) Drive social media plan to create a vibrant online project management community,
- Learn to be a super user of project / change methods in order to coach and assist PM's
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education: Bachelor's in Supply Chain , Engineering, Computer Engineering/IT, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or related / similar
- Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have experience in Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools, Good to have PowerAutomate , SQL, Python, Jira and MS Project. Knowledge of Agile or PMP project management methods / practices a plus.
