About the role:

As part of the Global Supply Chain Program Management Office (GSC PMO), you will ensure day-to-day support of the deployment of best-in-class project management practices across the globe. You will also be able to learn about the supporting platforms, tools and training that enable greater efficiency, visibility, and consistency in implementing key Supply Chain transformation projects.

What you will do:

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:
  • Work with project management experts, assisting in the development and deployment of GSC Project Management and Agile Standard Practices and tools
  • Help leaders and super users with analysis and reporting on project execution and training
  • Support adoption and change management activities by:
    • Developing and organizing live and digital learning events
    • Managing content and scheduling online learning portals
    • Drive social media plan to create a vibrant online project management community
    • Work with GSC leaders to drive greater quality in project execution by developing clear visualization of key project data & assisting with insightful analysis on trends

What we need from you:
  • Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; Data Analytics, Communication, Supply Chain, Business Administration or any equivalent field
  • Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
  • Strong English and Hungarian language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing)
  • You have confident digital skills, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams,
  • Strong understanding of Project Management Process (PMP) or Agile (e.g. scrum) would be an advantage
  • You have good problem-solving skills
  • You are customer and result-oriented
  • You are proactive and have excellent communicational skills, to gain professional experience in project management sounds appealing to you
  • Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI, project management tools and RPA is considered as a plus
  • Relevant work experience is considered as advantage

What we offer:
  • Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30, with a possibility of home office
  • You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team!
  • Working from home is possible, but please note that office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
  • Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
