Job description, responsibilities and duties
* You will manage the logistic aspect of nternational projects, from procurement to delivery, in accordance with project's budgets, deadlines and objectives
Analyze and define complete logistic flows, taking into account the customer, final country of delivery, nature of supply, shipping constraints, packaging, incoterms, payment...
* Manage critical stock for projects defining the stock safety levels and reposition cycles managing delivery times, prioritization, trigger levels...
* Anticipate and minimize any logistic risk before and during project execution
Purchase orders creation and monitoring
Secure fulfilment of suppliers contractual terms and conditions in accordance with project's needs
Organize deliveries from suppliers/warehouse to final customers according to agreed contractual conditions, including packing, transport, customs formalities, certifications, insurance, etc...
Implement necessary actions to achieve project's objectives and customer's satisfaction.
Follow internal procedures & templates in all project stages
* Contract Development: Be the supply chain expert and represent our global team on all associated contract Terms and Conditions.
Execution Performance: support on contractual alignment and performance. Anticipate issues and provide regular updates.
Customer Updates: Prepare, and lead when required, update with customers and executives. Advise on appropriate messaging and align presenters and stakeholders prior to meetings.
Performance Improvement: Drive execution performance by anticipating and identifying root causes of poor performance including but not limited to Order Management, Lead-times, Quality, and Delivery.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
5 years of experience in international transport logistic is a must
Good knowledge of international trade (procurement, incoterms, transportation, customs, international contracts, insurances, certification, etc.)
Be strongly customer oriented, sense of responsibility and commitment
Strong orientation and follow up of internal processes & templates
MS Office advanced, SAP is advantage
Fluent in English and Slovak language is mandatory, French is a plus
Superior communication skills, meticulous organizational skills, and relentless attention to detail
* Extensive experience with Customers, Projects, and Program managers
* Mature understanding and experience working with the Global Supply Chains
* Ability to work effectively with senior commercial and supply chain leaders
* Proven problem-solving experience and use of DMAIC and 6 Sigma toolset
* Ability to work cross BU and cross-departments to effectively bridge gaps
* Knowledge of Data Center design, equipment, and construction a plus
