Project Leader SC

• Organize the upstream and downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improve the manufacturing SC performance and ensure the transfer processes
• Responsible to run the Distribution Requirement Planning, Manufacturing Production Scheduling and to set and release the vendor forecasts.
• Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex: Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...)
• Manage the Logistics Terms and Condition including all the replenishment lead time (Supplier lead time, Minimum Order quantity, Frequency, ...)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Strong background in ERP systems is required (SAP experience is preferred).
• Previous experience in scheduling and planning.
• Ability to identify opportunities for cost, time, and effort reduction within a system.
• Desire to lead peers through progressive change.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
