Project Execution Manager - Site Superintendent

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Project Execution Manager - Site Superintendent supporting our Secure Power Division.

Location: Remote North America

What will you do?

• Directly responsible for leading the Site Superintendent Team.
• Manages the processes and procedures that the team follows in managing projects
• Monitors the Key Performance Indicators, via Procore.
• Set-up, control and evaluation of the individual competencies and results of the team members.
• Actively maintaining relationships with Key Customers.
• Work with other Project Execution Managers across different teams to correctly support the projects with the right resources.
• Work with Sales, Business Capture and Estimating to accurately propose future projects based on the performance of existing projects.

• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss open items, risks and opportunities.
• Review and approve timesheets and expense reports.
• Review and approve Purchase Orders, Subcontracts and Consulting Agreements up to the Delegation of Authority.
• Write weekly report for Upper Management on the risks and status of the Portfolio.
• Monitor the use of project tools and software.
• Performs Lessons Learned activities on completed projects and implements action plans with other groups.
• Contribute to, articulate, and communicate the organization's vision and benefits, providing a solid rationale to partners and team members.
• Be and active and supportive team member in an environment of inclusion, open discussion, and results-driven collaboration.
• Create and contribute to a strong organizational work environment.
• Prepared to train and test for General Contracting Licenses across the United States.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• 8+ years of experience in managing teams and/or projects within the Data Center Industry, is preferred.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and projects.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for developing talent and leading high-performing teams.
• Technical expertise in your field with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and drive change.
