This position leads the Raleigh and Atlanta Sales Areas Project Execution teams; and works closely with Sales, Channel, Lines of Business, and Global Supply Chain teams, to meet our customers' needs.

Location preference: Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA

What will you do?

This position is accountable for the leadership - including planning, staffing, direction, communication, and performance - of all aspects of order to delivery processes for projects containing Power Systems, Power Products, Industry & Automation, Home & Distribution, Services and other Lines of Business' offers. Executing these processes will support the overall strategic direction of the US Business Operations, Power Systems, and National Sales Force organizations. It requires coordination of multiple resources to maximize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Schneider Led Project activities..

The individual in this position will put a high priority on driving employee engagement and development, utilizing formalized coaching.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi task, work in a fast-paced environment and have time management skills. Required product knowledge includes medium and low voltage electrical distribution and control equipment. In addition, a good working knowledge of computer operating systems, specifically Windows. Standard business application software experience to include: MS Office, MS Excel and MS Access, also knowledge of SEA and other business systems.

What's in it for you?

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,800.00 - $241,200.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
