Project Execution Administrator Trainee

What will you do?

  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of solution projects using the ERP system and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Utilize SAP for project creation, updates, and maintaining the planned costs of ongoing projects.
  • Assist Project Managers and coordinate with internal stakeholders for new project creation, booking processes, and maintaining "as sold" information in the ERP
  • Support the Project Manager with PR creation and cancellation, and follow up with the purchasing team for PO issuance to suppliers/subcontractors
  • Facilitate project invoicing and assist the PM in ensuring timely invoicing for completed milestones/progress claims
  • Support digital tools related to project solutions, including SGV setup, and maintain data flow from the SAP system
  • Assist the PM in performing TECO and CLSD of projects in SAP
  • Handle monthly timesheets, generate reports, and input data into SAP
  • Facilitate the creation/extension of booking materials in the SAP system
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the project team for various aspects of project coordination
  • Perform any UAT (User Acceptance Testing) upon request in the SAP system
  • Act as the key user and resolve any SAP-related issues
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues and internal stakeholders at all levels.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Experience with SAP system, preferably knowledgeable in SD and PS modules
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in order management and project coordination
  • Ability to work independently, as well as being a team player; resourceful, self-driven, and result-oriented with strong planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
