Your Role:

  • Project Management: Oversee small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they stay on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and paving the way for future opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Profitability: Manage project profitability, including forecasting and cash flow.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Schneider Electric processes and quality standards.
  • Community Participation: Share best practices within the Project Management Community of Practice.
  • Safety Oversight: Monitor health, safety, and environmental policies during site activities.
  • Cybersecurity Management: Address risks linked to suppliers and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Degree in Engineering or a related field; PMP-A certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a project environment; plant or engineering experience is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel for projects.
  • Skills: Strong technical background, knowledge of Customer Project Process (CPP), familiarity with ERP systems, and ability to manage multiple projects.
