This role is predominately focused on managing relationship and ownership of a group of design firms (portfolio) to meet sales objectives. The responsibilities of the Project Design Engineer is to support Design Firms in the 'Detailed Design' Process with Application(s) Engineering & Design .

Job description:

  • Member of the Commercial Industrial Building Team in charge of Serbia and Montenegro
  • Influencing end-users through recommendations and proposals for technical solutions.
  • Targeting projects and collaborating with Sales Directors to track through and during the implementation phase of Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, Indystry and IT
  • Creating, implementing, and monitoring an action plan for designers and end-users.
  • Engaging and collaborating with selected project partners - coordinating activities at all levels . Projects coordinati on includes coordinating sales efforts with Directors, Sales Specialists, Sales Representatives, the Finance Sector, Logistics, and TCS from need creation to the implementation phase.
  • Making sure sales objectives are met through managing relationships and ownership of a group of design firms.
  • Complying with procedures, instructions, policies, and legal obligations in line with the company's interests.


The ideal candidate for this position should have the following key skills/experience:
  • University degree - Technical faculty, preferably electrical engineering
  • Previous experience in design related field ( 1 - 3 years)
  • R elevant Technology, Market & Offer knowledge
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Goal and target oriented
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvements
