Schneider Electric Sales Operation Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of a Project Coordinator in our Dollard-des-Ormeaux location.

The Project Coordinator will support a regional team of Project Managers.

What will you do?
  • Manage Customer complaints
  • Manage customers expedite request of stock items, tracking and POD copies
  • Complete and submit credit request per instructions provided by the project managers
  • Debit and resolution tracking
  • Shipping and Warranty Claims, Return to sender, reorder etc.
  • Entering projects for the pricing increase in the tracker
  • Generating and maintaining reports from various systems
  • SCR pushing for approval at the different levels
  • Adding escalations from level 1 to the escalation sheet when approved by the supervisor

This job might be for you if:
  • CET or equivalent electrical education/experience preferred
  • Proficient in Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) , Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce (bFO) and experience with ERP systems
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bilingualism (English/French) to facilitate collaboration with our teams, clients and stakeholders at the provincial and international levels.
