What will you do?
- This role is for Project Business Finance Controller for RAC and PA South America in Global Customer Projects Ops organization of Schneider Electric.
- Responsible for the financial follow-up & reporting projects under execution (including sales, profitability, cash, unbilled, KPIs, overdue, - Actual and Forecast) either on direct large projects and / or within a Projects portfolio
- Drive identification of main projects profitability deviations versus As-Sold (non-quality costs analysis) in collaboration with all main Project Functions and provide corrective actions plans proposals as needed.
- Support and challenge the financial aspects (including but not limited to costing, cash curve, etc..) at the tendering phase for new opportunities, in coordination with the Tendering Manager.
- Ensure compliance to all project controlling relevant rules (eg. IFRS 15), implementation of methods, processes (eg. CPP) and tools (eg. SAP, SGV), in accordance to the GCP requirements.
- Contribute / participate to all main GCP governance and PA Governance instances in place (including REL 1/2/3/4/5 / projects review / input to Projects Database reporting, etc..).
- Ensure effectiveness communication / explanation of projects performance (Actual & Forecast) towards internal and external to GCP and PA Stakeholder (BU / Countries / External Auditors, etc..).
- Be the Single Point of Contact during project execution towards Corporate Functions (Treasury / Trade Finance / Tax, etc..).
- Responsible for the financial follow-up of Projects risks provisions in consistence with Project risks & opportunities register.
- Contribute to Projects structuration / set-up in SAP in coordination with the Project Manager
- This role is reporting to GCP and PA Ops Project Business Finance Manager
- This role may require business trips within the perimeter of the RAC and PA

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- University and/or Business School: Master's degree or equivalent A level +5 years (either Engineering, Economics, or commercial high school degree)
- +5 years' experience in Finance & Control or Project environment
- Experience as Finance Business Partner in Project environment or Project Finance Controller
- Experience in a multi-cultural team environment is a plus
- Knowledge on Project Management is a plus
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Strong communication skills to drive high performance and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to handle complex matters in a synthetic way
- Digital mindset. Experience with PowerBI / Tableau is a plus
- Proven leadership skills to act as trusted advisor toward different management levels
- Preferred location in Brazil.
