Role and Primary Responsibilities: Program Manager - Software League
- The role focuses mainly on managing the scope of Building Advisor ( BA ), and its dependencies with the Building Ecosystem (EBO, Building Data Platform, etc.), Digital Supply Chain and so on.
- Shared responsibility with Product Management and R&D for the successful delivery & launches of your offer roadmaps
- Orchestrate the coordinated objectives and dependencies in close partnership with the teams and functions involved: Product Management, R&D, 3 rd Party Suppliers, Purchasing, Digital Supply Chain, Launch..
- Ensure best in class governance, rituals and communication to manage your scope (Progress reviews, milestones/events...)
- Regularly publish information to ensure visibility, transparency, and escalation
- Drive significant efficiencies in our Offer Creation & Lifecycle from our Agile initiatives
- Efficient strategic portfolio management & planning cycles (backlogs, roadmaps...)

- Motivate and challenge teams to deliver according to plan

- Focus on managing critical path and risks, not mainly on tasks tracking

Required skills and experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Strong people skills, also in communication, risk assessment, change management, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and convince
- Experience releasing Software
- Good Agile ex perience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs
Preferred
- Some years of project & program management in software & cloud solutions
- Some years of technical experience
- Experience launching products to global markets
- Understanding of offer strategy and ability to identify solutions
- SAFe certification (SPC, LPM or other)
- Cloud, SaaS/DaaS and IoTPMP or other certification
- Building management knowledge (BMS)
