This position is critical to our joint success and requires a professional with significant customer engagement experience who can drive operational excellence for our strategic clients. You will be responsible for aligning and executing the account strategy, ensuring a customer-centric approach throughout the entire lifecycle.

You will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through targeted improvements and will document and implement digital playbooks and dashboards that track key metrics to boost operational efficiency. - Operational Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of account strategy alongside the Project Leader, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Strategic Vision: Anticipate future needs and strategically select initiatives that yield long-term impacts.
- Development Process Management: Oversee the development process for tools and applications with support from the Global Program Manager.
- Growth Initiatives: Drive and track specific customer-requested projects while implementing best practices globally for consistency and efficiency.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR): Take charge of operational components, providing insights and driving improvements.
- Customer Needs Management: Coordinate operational customer needs and manage escalations, creating interactive dashboards for clients to monitor key metrics.
What are we looking for in our candidate?
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years managing large, complex, multi-geography projects.
- Program Management: Proven experience in developing and managing strategic projects or programs.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Strong background in leading customer meetings, seminars, and business reviews.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and transformation initiatives, including Smartsheet and Microsoft Suite.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Innovative mindset with strong organizational skills and an action-oriented approach.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of local business culture and dynamics.
