We are seeking a self-driven Procure-to-Pay Transformation Program Manager to lead a complex portfolio of projects within the Global Procure-to-Pay Transformation Program Team. This role involves managing scope, benefits, timelines, budgets, and governance, while reporting to the Global Procure-to-Pay Transformation Director. You will drive team performance and a Program Management Office roadmap for continuous improvement, focusing on coaching, prioritization, and ensuring robust processes for project requirements.

Location: Nashville, TN

Travel availability up to 10% (NAM Region)

Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and improve the Procure-to-Pay program management strategy and project management roadmap to support core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Oversee the North America Procure-to-Pay Transformation roadmap, aligning priorities with business opportunities. Collaborate with other functions to achieve project objectives in line with the North America Region's goals.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
Create collaboration opportunities with various functions to ensure project alignment with regional objectives. Manage communications with senior leadership, including developing materials for the Steering Committee and Board. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and coach project managers on best practices. Ensure coordination among all project stakeholders for successful execution and establish a clear communication strategy for project updates.

Program Oversight & Project Management:
Track project performance and identify challenges and opportunities. Manage daily operations, ensuring timelines are communicated and supported. Apply project management best practices while analyzing project strategies and making necessary adjustments.

Risk Management:
Develop risk management strategies to identify and mitigate project risks. Implement program-level risk management practices and follow up on mitigation plans weekly.

People Management:
Provide coaching to project managers and analysts focused on operations and project management. Monitor resource allocation and address any gaps within the program portfolio.

Performance Measurement:
Ensure Procure-to-Pay Transformation KPIs align with global expectations and are measurable. Analyze project performance data to provide insights for improvement.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, Accounting or Engineering is required. MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of Project management & agile methods.
  • People management skills.
  • Active Listening, negotiation and ability to influence.
  • Business value driven and passionate about user satisfaction.
  • High in result achievements through coaching and cooperation.
  • Networking and ability to connect with Directors and VPs.
  • Strong proficiency in English & ability to cooperate and work in multicultural environments.
  • Process and technology oriented, background in Information Systems.
  • Global scope and complex project management experience, 5 years.
  • PMP certification nd consulting experience is a plus.
