Join our team as the Product Owner of Sales Capability and Upskilling, where you will play a pivotal role in conducting training needs analysis and deploying tailored training programs that align with our business strategy and critical skills focus within the Pacific region. Your mission will be to prepare a future-ready workforce through strategic workforce planning for identified business-critical roles. You will collaborate closely with learning academies to leverage deep knowledge of our training offerings, ensuring the greatest impact for the Pacific zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy tailored training programs to address sales competency needs, ensuring alignment with our business strategies.
  • Leverage your expertise to drive impactful learning initiatives and work closely with stakeholders for effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate regional training efforts, manage external partners, and ensure effective deployment of global learning solutions.
  • Coach and develop sales competencies while owning the complete sales capability-building cycle and creating a roadmap for future-ready sales capabilities.
  • Execute and monitor training programs, effectively manage the training budget, and roll out sales training initiatives.
  • Prioritize upskilling initiatives to drive a future-ready workforce that creates the greatest impact for the Pacific Zone.
  • Design a sales force rewards system and collaborate on capability planning for specific sales teams.


About you:

You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You are an astute communicator with ability to lead strategic insights.

In addition, you possess the following relevant skills:
  • Graduate degree in finance or commerce
  • Proven experience in assessing, designing, developing, and deploying training programs using various delivery methods (instructor-led, online, software simulation).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Expertise in needs assessment and aligning deployment needs with business strategy.
  • Ability to write and craft training specifications based on assessments.
  • Program management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of performance measurement and strong reporting/presentation skills.
  • Critical evaluation skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
  • Digital literacy and tech-savviness.
  • Curiosity, strategic thinking, decisiveness, and ownership.
  • Autonomous work style and change leadership capabilities.
  • Responsive and adaptable.
