Product Marketing Manager - Wiring Devices f/m/d

IMPACT starts with us: Join our Home & Distribution division as a Product Marketing Manager f/m/d for our wiring devices portfolio. You will identify business opportunities through customer insights and translate them into value propositions. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring competitiveness and market alignment. Key responsibilities include identifying growth applications, defining value propositions, strategic planning, price positioning, and executing customer feedback loops with Product Owners (PO).

Your IMPACT

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs, adjust value propositions, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee your portfolio with a focus on the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), manage change requests, and support strategic product roadmaps.
  • Competitive Edge: Stay updated on tech and consumer trends, anticipate market changes, and seize business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact, align with the company's vision, and collaborate with peers for effective solutions.
  • Holistic View: Evaluate the market, portfolio, and customer experience comprehensively.

Your profile
  • Marketing education or MBA.
  • Several years of experience in customer-focused product management.
  • Experience in developing product portfolio roadmaps and managing product lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in marketing, including market insights, value proposition generation, pricing, and planning.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English and German; other European languages are a plus.
