Product Application Engineer (LV Component)

• In this role, you will provide support to our sales teams, partners, and customers for LV products and applications.
• Also, we expect you to provide technical support to the field sales force by bringing deep, specific LV product and application knowledge in order to help understand customer design, configurate & put Schneider Electric products in the customer specifications, convert an existing specification and close a deal.
• The focus of work will be transactional sales within relevant channels and partners of Schneider Electric e.g. Panel Builders, Contractors, and Consultants.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferrable Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and writing.
• Experience in customer and partner interaction with the focus of delivering a competitive solution that meet end user / partner's expectations.
• Proven experience as a Product Application Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful projects related to LV products.
• Understanding of Tender specification & Estimation
• Designing CAD (Electrical) - SLD, Main circuit & control schematics
• Designing CAD (Mechanical) - GA & sheet metal/busbar drawings
• Technical Management (Electro + Mechanical)
• Awareness of IEC standard & clarifications: IEC61439-1,2 - LV Switchboard standards; IEC61641 - Internal Arc
• Trainer capabilities on Technical/varied topics
