What You Will Do:
Technical Support Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for specified products (Scada Software - Aveva, Geoscada, etc) to sales team, partners, and end customers
- Deliver training courses for employees, partners, and end customers
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Participate in joint visits with sales engineers to partners and end customers

Pre-sales Activities:
- Collaborate with designers and Schneider Electric engineers to integrate specified products into technical projects
- Convert specifications into Schneider Electric solutions
- Analyse technical specifications and compile final component lists, providing effective solution tailored on each use case, focusing on customer value proposition and adapting to competition
- Develop technical and commercial documents for the sales force
- Ensure communication with higher-level technical support
Marketing Activities:
- Work on new product launches, participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and translate technical documentation
- Collaborate on translations of product-specific website pages
- Gather and convey market, business environment, and competition evolution information
- Participate in customer events and activities
- External Communication:
- Promote a positive image of Schneider Electric
- Promote official Schneider Electric messages
- Maintain confidentiality of internal materials and communications
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Experience in providing technical support and pre-sales activities
- Strong knowledge of specified products and applications
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and departments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of marketing and external communication principles
- Adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Science or similar
- 5+ years of experience with: automation processes , SCADA software, communication protocols;
