What you'll do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Application Engineer (PAE) to join our team. The PAE will be responsible for designing busway installations and providing technical support to customers on busway solutions and providing guidance on all technical matters related to product, installation, and service.

Technical Support:

Provide expert technical support to sales and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to products and solutions.

Design:

Create technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with customer or plant engineering teams to address any discrepancies or modifications.

Act as the primary point of contact for designing and installation communication between SE and customers. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, site visits, and inspections to ensure smooth design and installation processes.

Technical Matters:

Handle all technical matters related to product solutions, installation, and service, providing solutions and recommendations to customers and internal teams. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve technical support and services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Electrical Distribution Industry,
  • Knowledge of IEC standards, Electrical Power Distribution Products, especially with Busway, Cable.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or field application engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and installation processes.
  • Strong in spatial vision.
  • Expert with CAD tools: AutoCAD, Revit or another 3D tool.
  • Communication Skills: Clearly convey technical information and actively listen to customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with innovative solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Time Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to changing needs and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and share knowledge.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure customer satisfaction with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and high-quality standards in all work.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, for effective communication in a professional and technical environment.
