Within SP-DCS-Prefabricated Modular Data Centers LoB we have identified the need of a Process Transformation Leader. We are looking for a process improvement leader for an Engineering to Order business, to drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the company's operational efficiency. This role requires a professional capable of conducting comprehensive end-to-end process analyses, implementing new processes, and refining existing ones.

Description
We are seeking a candidate capable of mapping out, end to end, our internal processes, from tendering to commissioning, while considering all the cross-functional teams within the line of business. The ideal candidate will stablish clarity on scopes, tools, organization, and processes, in a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment. Additionally, to address performance constrains to ensure an enhanced efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities and scope:
Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. This involves mapping out workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes to streamline operations.
Automation and Technology Integration: Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies and automation tools to enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts. This should include automating data entry and improving data accuracy.
Change Management: Manage the change process within the organization, ensuring that new processes and technologies are adopted smoothly. This involves training employees, addressing resistance to change, and ensuring that the transition is as seamless as possible.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, such as engineering, production, tendering and project management, to ensure that process improvements align with the overall business goals and customer requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of new processes and ensure that they are delivering the expected benefits. Continuous monitoring helps in making further adjustments and improvements as needed.
Cost Reduction and Efficiency: Focus on reducing costs and increasing efficiency by eliminating waste, improving resource utilization, and optimizing workflows.
Requirements:
- Engineer or Business (ADE) or similar,
- Previous experience in similar roles, +3years,
- Effective communication skills,

- Technical and planning skills,
- Proactive, organized, solution oriented,
- Soft skills required,
- English spoken and written,
- Microsoft office proficiency, Microsoft Project
