  • You will be to define and drive the industrialization activities for the Industrialization of new LV and MV modernization Offers
  • You will be working closely with NAM Modernization's squads and Service Ecofit Centers in US and Canada


Roles & Responsibilities

Make sure the industrial recommendations are met within the products' design:
  • Based on Customer values and the Product owner priorities, you will lead the action to define, Industrialize and qualify the parts and the process (assembly and test)
  • You guaranty the target Cost and the Product Quality following Schneider Production System (SPS) standard and Industrialization deliverable as defined in the Operational Life Cycle Management (OLM)
  • Ensure the operational set up of a comprehensive and robust industrial plan while meeting different requirements such as Quality/Lead time/deadlines objectives and project's positioning in accordance with Industrial Strategy and Corporate fundamentals regarding Industrial Policy, SPS:
  • Build the Industrial Project File and transfer it to Ecofit production units for Grow phase
  • Coordinate when needed with Industrialization specialists and other resources (plants, specialists, SC&L, ...) necessary to the industrial part of the project:
    • Parts industrialization and procurement
    • Test equipment specialist

Qualifications
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical/Industrial or Electrical domain
  • Experience in various roles in Plant or Industrialization projects
  • SPS and Lean methodology knowledge
  • Project management experience
  • PDM familiarity
  • Location: West Chester, OH (project location) or Nashville (Industrialization HUB w/ travel to Ohio)


Skills & Abilities
  • ERP knowledge
  • Product costing ability


Preferences
  • Experience with Industrialization processes
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations
  • Understanding of quality assurance standards
