We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Integrator and ERP Cutover Leader to join our dynamic team in Europe. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of ERP solutions across various business functions and leading the cutover activities for ERP deployments, such as the deployment of SAP S/4 Hana PCE (Public Cloud Edition), as part of our UNIFY program.

What will you do?

Functional Integration
  • Work closely with technical and functional teams to support design and configuration of ERP systems and associated interfaces.
  • Coordinate UAT (Users Acceptance Test) campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues, providing functional expertise and support to project teams.
  • Ensure the ERP system integrates smoothly with other software applications used within the organization - interfaces management
  • Coordinate EDI implementation
  • Manage local infrastructure adaptations and coordinate activities related to batch plans & peripherals such as printer or barcode readers.
  • Lead relationship with infrastructure team (reg. infrastructure management, sizing, archiving, backup, decommissioning, etc.)

ERP Cutover Leadership
  • The ERP Cutover Leader is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the cutover process for ERP implementations, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new ERP system, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Adapt and execute detailed cutover plans, ensuring all activities are meticulously coordinated with the right resources, and aligned with the project timeline.
  • Lead cutover rehearsal to validate readiness and address potential issues before the actual cutover.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure all cutover activities are aligned and executed as planned, ensuring a smooth transition to New ERP.
  • Monitor and manage cutover activities, providing real-time updates and escalating issues as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the cutover process, orchestrating data validation and reconciliation tasks.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the cutover process to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Project Management
  • Work with project managers to establish project milestones, deliverables, and timelines for ERP integration and cutover activities.
  • Prepare and present Cutover status reports to project sponsors and management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP implementation and integration, with a focus on functional modules such as finance, supply chain, as well as interfaces.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading ERP cutover activities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Seasoned communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems is critical. SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
  • Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.
