For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $200,300 - $300,480 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Pricing Strategy Leader located at one of our Hub locations in the U.S. (preferably Nashville, TN). The Pricing Strategy team is responsible for supporting the Schneider Electric US growth ambition. The Pricing Strategy Leader is a key role for the NAM Pricing organization, responsible for enabling profitable market share growth. This leader will manage a team of pricing strategists that collaborate with different parts of the organization (Sales, Supply Chain, Lines of Business, Channel) to develop and implement pricing strategies for the business.
What will you do?
- Lead team of 7-10 price strategy experts representing key line of business, transformation program, and segment pricing responsibilities
- Operate as one of six leaders over a 70+ employee organization, and one of nine leaders in a 100+ employee North America organization
- Regularly present on key pricing topics into and across senior leadership teams
- Develop financial scenario plans with the Lines of Business and Sales to provide strategies that support market relevant pricing
- Lead team forecasting activities for financial price performance on quarterly and monthly basis including report out to senior North America leadership team
- Partner with Price Structure and Technology leadership on key business transformations around list price setting methodology
- Act as key Pricing Point of Contact for Global Pricing and Financial initiatives around key business transformations focused on simplification and visibility
- Lead other pricing workstreams related to: IMAP/MSRP, Competitive intelligence, segment analysis, price action communications, and more
- Develop and deliver training to product management around value-based product pricing approach
- Provide on-going leadership on new pricing technologies including - external price optimization software and internally developed rebate modernization software
- Holistically develop and manage cross-channel Go to Market Pricing Strategies

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Requires BA degree
- At least 5 years' experience in a Price or related field leadership role
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Seasoned storytelling and presentation capabilities
- Proven track record of driving sustainable change in a business
- Ability to collaborate strongly, build relationships, and influence across different parts of the organization
- Strong knowledge of at least one price optimization technology, ideally: PROS, Zilliant, or Pricef(x)
