The position will be responsible for providing pre-sales support as technical customer consultant, prescribe solutions and effectively manage communication with customers based upon relevant segment expertise. The person will be dedicated to area of whole Poland.

Your IMPACT:
  • Develop, support and deliver integrated, intelligent cross-domain solutions for Schneider Electric customers in Data Center market.
  • Understand customer needs and key decision criteria in order to build differentiating solutions. Apprehend the technical complexity induced by the integration of numerous interconnected cross-domain components and manage the risks of the solution.
  • Capture the customer needs and analyze the requirements, present potential ideas and fine tune solution through intensive interaction.
  • Perform architecture gap analysis between customer needs & reference architecture, assess the risks, meet the customer in order to find the best compromised solution to reduce time and risks during execution.
  • Be an ambassador of the customer's voice during project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively across all Schneider Electric BU's to engage technical and support staff to deliver full Schneider Electric offer to customer.
  • Learn and keep up to date with latest trends and to provide support to internal sales and the partners.

Your Profile:
  • University degree in Electrical or Mechanical (Cooling) Engineering
  • 5-10 years of working experience in the segment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Data Center Infrastructure (Power Systems, Cooling and Data Center Infrastructure Management)
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in preparing and presenting to a bigger audience
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convince and influence others
  • High level of customer focus
  • Ability to identify issues and risks, analyze and understand underlying causes, and devise appropriate action plans
  • Knowledge of a CAD system
  • Knowledge of Office package
