Pre-Fab Assembly Technician (EOW)

Schneider Electric is seeking a reliable and motivated Pre-Fab Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll work with a small crew to support the electrical sub-assembly process-preparing and assembling wire kits for modular systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform sub-assembly of electrical components including cutting, stripping, and lugging wires
• Assist in wire pulling and preparation based on module requirements and daily surveys
• Use tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, and lugs to prep wires for integration into modular switchgear systems

• Organize and assemble electrical sub-kits for production cells in small teams
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all sub-assembly processes
• Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE while working with electrical materials
• Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
• Regularly lift and move materials up to 40 lbs
• Work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Stay open to learning and adapting as processes and production needs evolve

Requirements:
• Physically able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with basic hand tools (cutters, crimpers, etc.) preferred
• Prior experience in electrical, pre-fab, or sub-assembly work is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
