La misión del departamento de Tesorería es manejar eficientemente los flujos de entrada y salida de efectivo de Grupo Schneider en Zona Ibérica (seis entidades entre España y Portugal), asegurando el cash de la compañía, los compromisos de pago aceptados y la seguridad de todas estas transacciones de flujo de efectivo, cumpliendo los objetivos establecidos por Corporativo y de Territorio.

• Ayudar a entender, analizar y concretar tareas para generar acciones digitales de engagement y de mejora
• Colaborar en la implementación y seguimiento de planes de acción que permitan incrementar la calidad y automatización de la operativa de Tesorería.
• Interlocución directa con los equipos externos en India (AP/AR y Accounting), así como con otros departamentos de Finanzas (Clientes, Credit & Risk y Contabilidad).
• Cooperar en la definición e implementación de las estrategias del Grupo para el Departamento.
• Automatizar procesos en base a necesidades existentes y realizar un seguimiento del mismo/s.
• Proponer ideas innovadoras para aumentar la eficiencia.

Eres a quién buscamos?

Estudiante de grado o máster en Administración de Empresas/Empresariales.

• Poder realizar entre 4 y 6 horas diarias (lunes a viernes) y tener disponibilidad por las mañanas, el horario es flexible y puedes entrar entre las 8 y las 10h.
• Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o centro de estudios por un periodo de, al menos, 6 meses.
• Tener disponibilidad para ingresar en octubre/noviembre.
• Inglés alto
• Extroversión y ganas de aprender

• Una experiencia especialmente diseñada para tu aprendizaje y desarrollo
• Prácticas remuneradas (en función del horario que establezcas, mín. 20 horas y máx. 30 horas por semana, 700-900/mes)
• Seguimiento de tu evolución y aprendizaje
• Flexibilidad horaria para compaginarlo con tus estudios
• Un día de libre disposición al mes (acumulable)
• Posibilidad de colaborar en remoto según el puesto (hasta 2 días por semana)
• Duración de 6 meses con posibilidad de prorrogar o contratación
