Power Systems BU SIOP Leader

• BU SIOP Executive meeting to ensure the global business demand is shared and supply mitigation plan under control by regions for mid/long term.
• Ramp up & ramp down plan management for new and legacy offer;
• Demand and Capacity allocation for new offer;
• Integrating into OCP and duplication project;
• Handshake with GSC and global ETO for RACI on SIOP process;
• BU expectation on and contribute to ETO Kinaxis deployment
• Leveraging AI to simplify the demand collection;
• SIOP Know how build up within the team.

资格

Education :

- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / International Business

Experience :

- 8 years of Planning experience in industrial environment, or operations manager in supply chain & manufacturing domain . E2E SIOP experience would be an advantage.

- Experience in medium voltage environment, in procurement or with Customers and front office will be a plus.

Knowledge & Skills :

- Powerful and Influential to the stakeholders and planning network.

- Spoken and written fluent communication in English; French is a plus.
