Relationship building is close to your heart as well as developing internal and external partnerships

As expert it is essential that you have a passion for learnings from solving complex product quality challenges and deliver on our promises in development projects as an expert.

Your background
You hold an MSc or higher in Power Electronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering

You have minimum 5 years of experience from industry / product development with significant experience in power electronics and converters, product development projects and multi-disciplinary development in global environment.

You...
  • Develop UPS and large kVA 3ph converters as a part of our global R&D team
  • Lead R&D activities in your domain, including electronic subassembly design (schematics, PCB layout) and testing
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the design from early design phase, with cross-collaboration to other experts from Firmware, mechanical, electrical and down to Verification and Validation
  • Ensure that designed products meet safety, functional and cost requirements
  • Support sales, marketing, manufacturing and technical support in solving customer needs and issues
  • Be involved in defined projects/squads, while ensuring that objectives are met and are within budget
  • Assess trade-offs between business needs, technology requirements, cost, and risk
  • Contribute to our Innovation and Secure patents for Innovative ideas
  • Develop your Power Electronics practices and competencies reaching a technical expertise level
