Portfolio Product Owner - Custom Applications & Dashboards - Business Finance acumen (Must)

Main Mission: The R&D Portfolio and Resource Management team is responsible for efficiency and level of maturity of execution for the R & D Portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for bringing about Business orientation to EOLE applications and defining requirements of evolutions by directly interfacing with the customer (internal stakeholders inside BUs)

Responsibilities include:

  • Major contributor to Capability process: Managing requests throughout the process to project definition, including the following:
  • Refining requirements for cross-platform applications primarily WebOnyx (internal application that manages Business Cases for Business Units)
  • Develop Business perspective to Finance centricity of EOLE
  • Enable and support strategic simulation of EOLE by supporting Platform owner and Platform Leaders across Sites
  • Determine Key bridge b/w Portfolio and Business Units EM & IA)
  • Determining business impact and technical complexity for ranking in the backlog
  • Hosting key internal and external cadence
  • Manage EOLE Dashboards
  • EOLE today publishes various dashboards across Finance and Operations teams. These include Resource Management, Portfolio & Project Management, Control Tower, Data Quality & R&D Performance KPIs. The selected candidate will manage the evolution, simplification and adding intelligence to the dashboards by closely collaborating with CFO and CTO teams across BUs.
  • Contribute to Agile Governance to evolve tools to meet new requirements coming from adaption of lean practices.
  • Participate in key reviews with internal stakeholders
  • Animate customer reviews
  • Define solutions per new requirements

Required competencies:

Project management, ideally with some background in Software, Systems, Solutions or Customer projects Leadership capacities within an international, multi Lobs/BUs and changing environment
  • Educated and experienced with Safe Agile framework
  • Desire to innovate.
  • Entrepreneur spirit.
  • Customer focused.
  • Change agent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree - Engineering (Any Discipline)
  • Good Background and understanding of PLM and related processes and tools
  • Basic Business Finance acumen is a Must
  • Preferred exposure to Product Development and interfacing with Business Leaders
