Location: Boston, MA, Nashville, TN, or Dallas, TX

We are seeking a dynamic Portfolio Marketing Manager to establish and guide our North American portfolio marketing strategy across products, industries, and solutions.

In this highly visible role, you will develop compelling customer-centric value propositions and create competitive messaging across key solution portfolios-particularly software, services, and major product launches. You will lead go-to-market strategy, influence sales enablement materials, that supports our sustainability-focused brand-building and demand-generation efforts. Working cross-functionally, you'll collaborate closely with corporate marketing, growth teams, sales, customer success, product management, and other departments.

The ideal candidate has proven abilities to: build and lead cross-functional teams in executing data-driven marketing programs; craft compelling stories about sustainability and efficiency that highlight our solutions' value; communicate customer-focused use cases effectively; launch new solutions; and strengthen our portfolio marketing while meeting evolving market needs and growth targets.

What will you do?
  • Develop and scale portfolio marketing strategies to grow market share across our software, services, and new product launches within the secure power division
  • Establish and monitor portfolio marketing KPIs, measure outcomes, and drive accountability through clear leadership and influence.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across solutions and industries, ensuring alignment between product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for Schneider's software platforms, core products, and integrated solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales plays that accelerate pipeline generation for target product portfolios.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer-facing teams to analyze market opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Research market and customer needs to create compelling portfolio messaging focused on sustainability and efficiency in the data center segment.
  • Collaborate on strategy and execution of new product and solution launches, ranging from major platforms to feature updates.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • 5-7 years of leading product, solution, and industry marketing strategy.
  • Ability to scale portfolio, solution (software and service), industry marketing across multiple regions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence
  • SaaS, Enterprise Software, and energy management industry knowledge required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • Travel 20% is required
