Project Management Office Program Manager (1 year contract, fixed term)
The PMO Program Manager is a Supply Chain leader responsible to develop and implement programs for team performance to be aligned to the North America region business needs. Initiatives for the tools and systems adoption, improvement and deployment to secure goals and targets.
Responsibilities of the Program Management role:
• Lead Governance of Financial KPIs for our organization and NAM scope, financial forecast, savings realization , budget management, accountable of information accuracy and issue resolution with multiple cross functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize projects and pipeline business relevance to drive results according targets.

• Maintain full involvement of all stakeholders on financial governance.
• Implementation of Jira tool improvements and evolution to support PMO project and portfolio governance.
• Team training program deployment.
• Effective communication and proper escalation of portfolios and program in data tools, clear escalations, and help need, challenge scope, show compliance with internal process and with business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and or Business
- Fully Bilingual in English/Spanish (written and oral)
- Previous experience working in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing or Supply Chain areas
- Availability to travel Internationally (Valid Passport and USA Visa)
- Knowledge of Agile and its frameworks, especially Scrum
- Experience handling ambiguity, change and multiple conflicts to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
