As the Plant Customer Order Project Manager, you will animate the PM team to ensure Schneider ETO Project Management practices are implemented and understood. You will lead the team in achieving Project objectives in terms of Quality, Time, and Cost. You will ensure clear and concise communication from the team to external and internal contacts.
What will you do?
• Organize and adapt Project Management activity according to load, project complexity and required skills, competencies, and versatilities.
• In coordination with HR, you will create training plans for team.
• Manage load /capacity of department and animate team through visual SIM process by following animating performance indicators.
• Ensure continuous improvement by defining productivity targets and action plans.

• Ensure coordination with other unit's departments (Tendering, Finance, production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing) and establish execution management level relationships with relevant key business stakeholders (FO/GCP).
• Establish key relationships with Front Offices and Execution Centers and coordinate configuration tool updates with central teams and coordinate with Key Users on team.
• Deploy & ensure usage of FO/BO Charter by the team.
• Lead coaching and mentoring of new starters and provide support and training to Project Managers and be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well-being.
What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Thorough understanding of MPP as well as how order progresses thru gates at manufacturing plant: scheduling, approvals, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and pack out for shipment.
• Understand the ETO application such that they can determine and communicate barriers & risks in such a way that they can gain agreement with front office on mitigation plans.
• Pro-actively identify execution risks to on-time delivery of order throughout fulfillment process of order life cycle.
• Basic familiarity of core gear components such as circuit breakers, electrical components, bussing, and structure are required.
• Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical elements of design and build of gear.
• Ability to work with tendering and sales to define standard applications and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to further standardize electrical and mechanical BOM.
• Tool knowledge of SEA, plant's ERP (AMAPS, SAP, MAPICS), Windchill, Symmetry & BFO are required.
• Process oriented & organization skills
• Previous experience working with ETO products and familiarity with different types of applications and complexity features related to engineered to order products, preferred
• Working knowledge of other tools such as OE, ODM & LDS is preferred.
