Roles & Responsibilities
  • Owns the financial, controlling, accounting and internal controls in the plant environment as well as the supervision the various financial transactions, controls, and some of the accounting activities
  • Leads the coordination of the plant's financial and capital investment forecasting, latest thinking, and KPI reporting as defined by the division or management
  • Meets with plant management and other departments to discuss monthly financial performance & analysis , policy interpretations, cost distributions and saving initiatives to ensure accurate and actionable plant business decisions
  • Provide direct labor productivity reporting and analyzes
  • Guide with operations on aligning productivity and capacity planning
  • Evaluate business controls applied to the sites impacting manufacturing and inventory
  • Work with local management to implement and improve controls as needed
  • Coordinate and prepare Excess & Obsolete Inventory financial reserve and mitigating actions
  • Certify that all transactions are recorded in line with Corporate Policy & Company Code of Conduct
  • Safeguard all company assets; participate in reviewing asset inventory and utilization
  • Provide a leadership role that ensures a proper control environment
  • Coordinate and ensure that all accounting bookings are complete and accurate
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed on various projects
  • This position is the central point of contact between the plant and Services US Operations for financial and other key management data

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance
  • At least 3+ years of work experience in Finance roles in a multinational and matrix environment
  • Strong Excel skills
  • English mandatory as working language

  • Good communication, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and within a team, generating results with general/minimal guidance from management.
  • Driven, passionate about growth and always ready to challenge the status quo for the best interest of the business
  • Good functional managerial skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills


Preferences
  • MBA
  • 5+ years of work experience in Finance roles in a multinational and matrix environment
  • Good financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills
  • Experience with legacy operating systems and SAP
  • Knowledge of standard cost systems, cost analysis, and general accounting procedures and controls
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Business Partnership experience
  • Change management experience
