We are currently looking for our new PIM Champion where you will also be the Single Point of Contact for Denmark. In this role, you will play a critical link between local stakeholders, the Nordic Baltic Data team, and global functions. You will manage cases in relation to product information and master data (PIM & ERP product information) and ensure product information is localized by the country and ready for launch. In addition, you will have the overall responsibility for the quality of the product master data for Front Office Denmark and will also drive and contribute to projects across the Nordic zone. It is important to understand that you will drive data management process transformation to bring efficiency together with the other Nordic Baltic PIM Champions and Data Office members. This role is based in Ballerup Denmark.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Together with Competency Center ensure all cases for Denmark are managed with high quality and within given time.
  • Act as single point of contact for escalations and urgent and/or specific requests and collect input and feedback from stakeholders to drive improvements.
  • Define proactive actions to reduce cases and increase customer (internal and external) satisfaction.
  • Ensure data alignment and consistency between PIM and ERP of both Commercial Reference scope as well as linked data elements.
  • Follow defined KPIs and work together with stakeholders to guarantee progress.
  • Train and share best practices with stakeholders to ensure best in class Offer Data
  • Define together with team members a clear E2E data management process.

Key Qualifications:
  • We value a bachelor's degree, however, we also recognize that substantial relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education.
  • You have experience with Excel/Office applications, SAP (qualifying), PIM (qualifying) Data management and visualization.
  • Solid understanding and proven experience with large dataset analysis

To be successful in the role you need to have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving. You have strong organizational skills, an attention to detail, and are able to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. You are both fluent in English and Danish and thrive in working autonomously.
