PCB ECAD, Principal technical Expert

Job Description: Experience in working with Design, Industrialization, Supplier and Manufacturing plant in New Product development or New product Introduction.

Activities Involved:

1. Expertise in PCB Layout of Highspeed boards, Mixed signal boards, Power Boards.
2. Expertise in PCB Tools, Signal Integrity and Power Integrity.
3. Should have strong analytical skills, and commanding communication skills both oral and written English
4. Able to analyze the circuits and Schematic analysis for various Digital, Analog and Power supply circuits in PCB Design
5. Good and Hands on Experience in Testability analysis for New PCB Assembly Design and should have experience in Test way or Fabmaster or any Testability tools
6. Good Knowledge in Test FMEA and Quality tools for PCBA Tests coverage
7. Should have good knowledge to propose the various Test coverage improvement solutions to to new design when the coverage is less, like In circuit test, Boudary scan , frame scan , vector scan , self embedded test etc.
8. Knowledge on various PCBA and Product Test solutions like In-Circuit Test, Flying Probe Test , Automated Optical Inspection Tests and PCBA and Product Level Test.
9. Should be able to write Industrial Specification for PCBA and Product level Testers including the Test sequencing for New pcba and Products
10. Working Experience on Testers qualification using quality tools like CP / CPK / Gauge R&R , FPY etc
11. Knowledge on PCB Manufacturing Technologies and PCB Assembly process
12. Knowledge of Component Engineering process for New part qualification, library creation, BOM analysis, obsolescence management.
