We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Nordic HR Services team.
As a Senior Payroll Specialist , you will play a lead role in supporting our organization in Norway and in the Nordic countries. This role is an opportunity for Payroll Specialist to make an impact and collaborate closely with the HR community, leaders, employees, and other stakeholders in the organization in delivering payroll and time management in the Nordic zone.

Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate, review and consolidate monthly payroll related materials for our external payroll provider.
- Ensure payroll quality and compliance while working with our external provider.
- Payroll process development
- Ensure compliance and quality of time and attendance/absence reporting.
- Support and guidance to stakeholders: those being, employees, managers and HRBPs,
- You will work closely with HR Shared Service in the zone and Europe,
- Provide support to the organization via global HR ticketing tool
- Work with development projects such as digital and automation projects and Continuous Improvement (CI)
About you
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, payroll, HR, tax, or a similar field is preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in payroll administration.
- Ability to deliver on time.
- Excellent professional language skills in both Norwegian and English, understanding or knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus.
- You have knowledge of payroll and taxation rules and regulations in Norway, Other Nordic country experience is advantageous.
- You have proven experience in project management: implementing payroll systems, changing vendors, etc.
- You enjoy working in and have experience of working in larger global companies.
To be successful in the role you need to be highly organized, driven, detail-oriented and be able to work independently. Have a structured way of approaching work and projects. You are open-minded and enjoy working in diverse teams in an international setting and have excellent collaboration skills. You thrive working in a dynamic company and want to continuously develop yourself.
