Partner Support Program Specialist

A Partner Support Professional at Schneider Electric is pivotal in strengthening relationships with partners, particularly EcoxPert Partners, by offering comprehensive technical assistance and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at empowering partners to effectively utilize and promote Schneider Electric's products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to partners, assisting with the selection, integration, and optimization of Schneider Electric products.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrating components, validate system designs, and assist in troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of low-voltage (LV) switchgear panels.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance partners' competencies, certify panel builders, and keep them informed about the latest product developments and technologies.
  • Organize technical training sessions and workshops for partners on Schneider Electric products, applications, and industry standards.
  • Educate partners on IEC 61439 compliance, busbar sizing, short-circuit calculations, and digital switchgear integration.
  • Certify panel builders and system integrators under Schneider Electric's Certified Panel Builder Program.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of partners' manufacturing processes to maintain product quality and safety standards.
  • Recommend best practices for panel design, wiring, thermal management, and protection coordination.
  • Promote the integration of digital switchgear and IoT-enabled solutions among partners.
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide technical insights and help partners develop the right solutions for their customers.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for partners, ensuring quick resolution of technical queries.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, panel building, LV switchgear design, or partner management.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Schneider Electric or similar LV switchgear products.
  • Strong background in low-voltage power distribution and protection solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of IEC standards, particularly IEC 61439-1/2 and related components.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Electrical Simulation Software's used for Electrical Design.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience working with panel builders, system integrators, and OEMs.
